* TEAM ENTRY FEE $450.00 IF PAID BY MAY 15TH AFTER LATE FEE $550.00 MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 1ST IF NOT PAID
  YOUR TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT. REASON IS TO GET SCHEDULE OUT EARLY FOR TEAMS
  TO PLAN THE WEEK VISIT TO PORTLAND TEXAS.
* 60 MIN POOL GAMES ALL PLAYED ON WED. JUNE 17TH 75-MIN BRACKET GAMES OR 5 INNINGS WHICH EVER COMES FIRST
   PLANS OR TO FINISH SATURDAY EVENING JUNE 20TH SUNDAY JUNE 21ST USED FOR RAIN OUT DAY ONLY. THIS WILL GIVE THE FAMILY OFF FOR FATHERS DAY / TRAVEL TIME BACK HOME IF NEEDED. 5GG PAP $45
* POWER BRACKET DOUBLE ELIMINATION DROP DOWN 2 BRACKETS
  > 5GG 2-POOL INTO SPLIT CLASS C-CLASS & OPEN CLASS
  > EXAMPLE- ALL C-CLASS WILL PLAY IN THE C-CLASS POWER GOLD BRACKET
  > THE LOSER OUT OF THE FIRST ROUND IN THE C-CLASS POWER GOLD BRACKET WILL DROP DOWN TO THE C-CLASS
    SILVER BRACKET
  > THE POWER SILVER BRACKET WILL BE A DOUBLE ELIMATION BRACKET WITH A CHAMPIONSHIP GAME & AWARDS
  > OPEN CLASS WILL PLAY SAME AS ABOVE BUT IN A OPEN POWER GOLD & POWER SILVER BRACKETS WITH AWARDS FOR BOTH   
    ALSO.
  > USING THE POWER DROP DOWN BRACKETS WILL ALLOW MORE TEAMS TO COMPETE FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.

  Tuesday, June 16th Gates open @ 8:00 a.m. Skills Competition starts @ 9:00 a.m.  
  DJ playing from 8 am - 12pm. ALL HAPPING @ Municipal Park 1815 memorial pkwy Portland Texas
* COACHES MEETING @ 12:30 p.m. @ Municipal Park 1815 Memorial PKWY Portland Texas TX
● OPENING CEREMONIES / Pin Trading -gate will open at 4:00 P.M Opening Ceremonies starts @ 5:00 p.m. to 7:00    p.m. @ Municipal Park 1815 Memorial PKWY Portland Texas
● Wednesday, June 17th Pre-Game Pray & Nation Anthem @ 8:45 all teams invited to attend Pool games start @ 9:00 a.m. 
● Thursday, June 18th Bracket play begins Play 9:00 a.m. till
● Friday June 19th Bracket play begins at 9:00 a.m.  till
● Saturday, June 20th bracket play begins at 8:00 a.m.  till / championship games
● Sunday, June 22st  only used for rain out make-up games if needed.

PARK RULES
No Seeds, No Gum, TEAM FINE $500 IF GUM OR SEEDS ARE FOUND IN DECK. SO IF THERE SEEDS DONT ENTER THE DUGOUT CALL THE UIC OR THE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOU ENTER.  Only Molded Cleats
Tobacco & Alcohol-Free Facility (Includes the parking lot)
No outside food or drinks allowed (Includes personal drink tumblers & shelled foods) park rules $75 per item if found
Individual player water jugs allowed
No coolers allowed (Includes team coolers)
No Pets
Pre-Order forms t-shirts, gate passes, and beach towels will be sent to coaches beginning in May. In order for your team?s name to appear on the Tournament shirt, you must be registered by June 1st, 2026.
